After nearly a century of growth and change, Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center was acquired by world-renowned CHA with bold plans in place for a major revamp. Under CHA’s guidance, HPMC was seeking to become the East Hollywood area’s go-to location for trusted ER services. At Innerspin, we launched a multi-dimensional campaign to show the locals that quality care without the wait is just minutes away, promoting their emergency department through SEM, PPC advertising and traditional out-of-home media.
Our goal was to make sure CHA is always top of mind for our local residents, and convert ER visitors into long-term patients. Our targeted landing pages generated 80K+ impressions, increased website traffic by 30%, and produced a 95% higher CTR than the industry average.
